Who it's for

An established small business that needs both halves and wants them connected, where the website isn't a brochure but the front door into your operations. A customer books on the website and it appears in the staff schedule. A product goes out of stock in the back office and it disappears from the public catalog automatically.

Right for you when customers need to do something online, whether that is book, order, enquire or check availability, and that action needs to land directly in a system your staff actually work from.

The problem

Right now your website, if you have one, and your operations are two unconnected worlds. A customer enquiry arrives by Messenger, gets copied into a notebook, gets copied into a spreadsheet, and gets lost somewhere along the way. Nobody fully trusts either system, so everyone falls back to asking a person.

What you get

  • Everything in the Business Website, which is 5–8 pages, custom design system, responsive, SEO, analytics and content management
  • Live data, whether services, products, availability or pricing, pulled from the same database your staff manage, so it's never out of date
  • A customer action that writes directly into the back office, like online booking, order placement or enquiry submission
  • Confirmation emails to the customer
  • Everything in the Business Operations System at 3–5 modules
  • A role-based admin panel, up to 4 roles
  • An owner dashboard with real operating numbers, reporting and export
  • A full audit trail across public and admin routes
  • One database, one deployment, one design language across both halves
  • Security hardening across public and admin routes, with automated tests on critical paths
  • Backups with a documented restore procedure, and up to 2,000 records migrated
  • Three role-specific recorded training sessions and full documentation
  • 90 days of post-launch bug fixing included

What it doesn't include

  • More than 5 back-office modules or 8 public pages at this price

  • Full e-commerce with payment processing, which I scope and quote separately

  • Customer accounts with self-service order or booking history, available as an add-on

  • Full accounting, tax filing, or payroll

  • A native mobile app

  • Logo or brand identity creation

  • Photography, video, or copywriting from scratch

  • Hardware or POS integration

  • Historical data entry beyond the 2,000 migrated records

  • Paid advertising or SEO ranking guarantees

  • Ongoing feature development after launch Care Plans

How it works

  1. Week 1–2

    Discovery

Public and operational discovery together, with process maps and sitemap confirmed.

  2. Week 2–3

    Specification

A signed spec covering both halves.

  3. Week 3–5

    Design

Public pages and admin screens designed and approved.

  4. Week 5–9

    Build (back office)

The back-office modules get built first, since the public side depends on their data model.

  5. Week 9–11

    Build (public site)

The public site is built and connected to the back office.

  6. Week 11–12

    Testing

End to end, so a customer action appears correctly in the back office. You confirm it handles your real cases.

  7. Week 13–14

    Launch

    Migration, training and go-live.

  8. +90 days

    Bug-fix period

    Included at no extra cost.
