Azerotech repairs computers and phones and sells accessories, and every booking used to land in a notebook that staff had to reconcile by hand. I built the public site for services, appointments and accessories, plus a protected admin panel where staff work on appointments, reservations, product stock, and customer and service records, all from the same database. A customer books on the site and it appears in the admin panel. Nobody re-encodes anything. It is the shape I build every Website + Operations project from.
